ESI has broadened its engineering and manufacturing capabilities with the recent purchase of a second manufacturing facility in North Branford.

The new 27,000-square-foot manufacturing facility, located down the road from its existing location, will allow ESI to take on additional metal stamping and machining services.

Current production will remain at ESI’s Twin Lakes Road facility. ESI will utilize the new facility for new production processes and warehouse space.

“ESI is thrilled to broaden our manufacturing capabilities and offer new services to our customers as we continue to grow,” said ESI President Ron Delfini on the recent purchase. “We look forward to getting the new facility up and running to begin operating both locations at full capacity.”

In addition to high volume metal stamping and machining services, ESI customizes its own tooling in-house and can manufacture advanced automated assemblies for complex parts. The ESI team looks forward to continuing this work on a larger scale with the addition of the new facility.
